Found what looks to be a great opportunity to begin testing the “gallery/exhibition” waters for 2017… Virginia Museum of Fine Arts/Fredericksburg. Pulled together a submission application of three basket illusion platters. Entered: 4-Petal Squash Blossom, 6-Petal Squash Blossom and Flower-in-Flower-in-Flower.
UPDATE March 30: ACCEPTED… two pieces were juried into the show. Opening will be April 29 thru end of May. Artists’ reception will be May 5; considering the trip out to participate.
